You can also register and manage your account online to make a one-off payment by debit card and set up a Direct Debit repayment plan.
Your payments will be forwarded to Lowell initially. However, this may cause delays in your payments reaching your account which may impact on your credit file. If you continue to make payments to Fredrickson they may be rejected and returned to you. This could put your account in arrears and lead to further collections activities.

If you have given Fredrickson permission to share information about your circumstances with us, we will be aware of your current situation.
If you have not given permission for information about your circumstances to be shared with us, your account will be noted as having special circumstances so that we can manage your account appropriately.
If you have an unresolved dispute on your account, it will be transferred to our team who will respond with a resolution as soon as possible.
