Pay by Direct Debit, Debit Card or one of the many other options we have available. You can also arrange for someone to pay on your behalf.

Paying online

Make a one-off payment

Pay off the full amount or send us a single payment whenever it’s affordable for you. You dont need to log in or have an online account to make a one-off payment. You’ll need your reference number, which you’ll find on any letters or emails we’ve sent you.

Set up a payment plan

Set up a payment plan online by Direct Debit. Decide when to pay and how much to pay. If your circumstances change, you can increase or decrease the amount you’re paying. To register you’ll need your reference number, postcode and date of birth.

Get someone else to manage your debt
