Lowell uses a third-party company called Resolvecall who arrange to send a Field Agent to visit you at home if you have an outstanding balance with no payment plan in place or you haven’t been in touch to explain your situation recently.

The purpose of the visit is for the Field Agent to give you Lowell’s phone number and ask you to contact us directly so that we can discuss your circumstances and agree next steps in relation to your outstanding debt. It is important to know that the Field Agent won’t enter your home or ask you for money.
