Resolvecall also provide home visits for clients like Lowell using Field Agents. If you have an outstanding balance with no payment plan or haven’t contacted us recently, a Field Agent may visit your home on behalf of Lowell. Their role is simply to give you Lowell’s phone number and ask you to get in touch to discuss your debt. Field Agents will not enter your home or collect money from you.

Field Agents from Resolvecall work on behalf of Lowell to conduct home visits. Their role is to help us connect with customers who have not responded to our letters, emails and SMS recently and have an outstanding balance on their account with no payment plan in place. 

The Field Agent will ask you to contact us by phone and provide you with a phone number to do so – this is so we can speak to you to get a better understanding of your situation and agree next steps with you.

It’s important to know the Field Agents are not enforcement agents (previously known as bailiffs) and will not take goods from your home for repayment of your debt or ask for payment.

Before the visit takes place, you will receive communications from Resolvecall to confirm a visit will take place. All Field Agents will carry ID confirming who they work for. Additionally, the visit will be audio recorded for training and monitoring purposes.
