It's important to us that your plan is affordable. We've put together a helpful budget calculator that will show you how much you might be able to pay.

 

Ways to pay online

Set up a Payment Plan

It's quick and easy. You can register online or use our app to set up a plan by Direct Debit or Debit Card.

Quick one-off payment

You can pay any amount at any time by debit card. You just need your Lowell account number, date of birth and postcode.

Pay over the phone

Speak to us

If you want to use a different payment method you can contact us and we can arrange that for you, however we don't accept credit card payments. We're open Monday to Friday, 8am-8pm, and Saturdays 8am-2pm.

Use our automated system

You can make a one off payment over the phone with a debit card outside of our opening hours. Just enter your Lowell reference number using your phone's keypad and follow the instructions.

Bank details

If you prefer, you can pay by payment slip, bank transfer or standing order.

Paying by cheque

If you'd rather send us a cheque, please make it payable to 'Lowell Financial' and post it to us.
